Conditions or Reasons:
1) The revised dwelling types in this location would result in an undesirable and unacceptable cramped form of development to the detriment of the character and appearance of the streetscene. As such the proposal is contrary to Policy BE1 of the Mid Bedfordshire Local Plan Adopted 1993 and Policy DPS5 of the Mid Bedfordshire Local Plan First Review (Deposit Draft) 2003 as proposed to be amended.
