Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - MB/04/00287/CA
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The development hereby approved shall be commenced within five years of the date of this permission.

Reason: To comply with Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990, to ensure that this consent does not continue in existence indefinitely if the development to which it relates is not carried out.
2) No part of the existing building shall be demolished before a valid contract for the carrying out of the works permitted by planning permission reference 04/00284/FULL dated 10/12/04 has been made and submitted to the Local Planning Authority and authority to commence demolition issued in writing by the Local Planning Authority.

Reason: To ensure that an unsightly cleared site is not created to the detriment of the character and amenities of the area.
