Conditions or Reasons:
1) The proposed extension, by nature of its positioning in relation to the main building, represents an unacceptable addition to the dwelling to the detriment of the character and appearance of the streetscene and amenities of the occupiers at no. 9 Washingleys by means of overbearing impact and loss of light to the most used part of their garden; as such the proposal is contrary to Policy BE1 of the Mid Bedfordshire Local Plan Adopted 1993 and Policy DPS6 of the Mid Bedfordshire Local Plan First Review (Deposit Draft) 2003 as proposed to be amended.
