Conditions or Reasons:
1) The changes to the car port hereby permitted shall be carried out and completed within 3 months of the date of this permission.
REASON: To safeguard the amenity of the occupiers of the adjoing property and the street scene generally.
(Policies 10, B.S.P.; H8 & BE8, S.B.L.P.R.).
2) This permission relates only to the details shown on the Site Location Plan and Drawing No.LO received 07/12/05 or to any subsequent appropriately endorsed revised plan.
REASON: To identify the approved drawing and to avoid doubt.
