Conditions or Reasons:
1) The front fence is of a scale and design that is out of keeping with the streetscene and represents an unacceptable feature that is to the detriment of the character and appearance of the Conservation Area; as such the proposal is contrary to PPG15 and Policy BE14 of the Mid Bedfordshire Local Plan Adopted 1993 and Policy CBE11 of the Mid Bedfordshire Local Plan First Review (Deposit Draft) 1997 as proposed to be changed.
