Conditions or Reasons:

1) The premises shall only be used between the hours of 7am to 5.30pm Mondays to Fridays, 7am to 1pm on Saturdays, and not at all on Sundays and Bank Holidays.

Reason: To safeguard the amenities which the occupiers of neighbouring properties might reasonably expect to enjoy.

2) No paint spraying shall be permitted except in a purpose built spray booth to which extraction and filtration equipment has been fitted. Details of the equipment shall be submitted to and approved by the Local Planning Authority in writing prior to commencement of paint spraying. The equipment shall be effectively operated and maintained in accordance with the manufacturers instructions. Equipment shall be installed and in full working order to the satisfaction of the Local Planning Authority prior to commencement of the use.

Reason: To ensure that suitable pollution equipment is installed to prevent pollution of the environment.

3) Details of the method of disposal of foul and surface water drainage shall be submitted to and agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority including any land drainage system, before the development is commenced. Thereafter no part of the development shall be brought into use until the approved drainage scheme has been implemented.

Reason: To ensure that adequate foul and surface water drainage is provided and that existing and future land drainage needs are protected.

4) No equipment, goods, waste or other materials shall be deposited or stored in the open outside the building on the site, nor shall any car repairs take place in this area.

Reason: To safeguard the character and appearance of the site and the surrounding area.
