Conditions or Reasons:
1) The proposed extension by nature of its design and positioning in relation to the main building would result in an unacceptable feature to the detriment of the character and appearance of the streetscene; as such the proposal is contrary to Policy BE1 of the Mid Bedfordshire Adopted Local Plan 1993 and Policy DPS6 of the Mid Bedfordshire Local Plan Deposit Draft 2003.
