Conditions or Reasons:
1) The proposal extension by reason of its size, design and siting would have an adverse, overbearing impact on the amenities of the adjoining overbearing dwelling. As such the proposal is contrary to Policy BE1 of the adopted Mid Bedfordshire Local Plan and Policy DPS6 of the Draft Deposit Mid Bedfordshire Local Plan.
