Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - MB/04/00453/LB
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The works hereby consented shall be begun within five years of the date of this permission.

Reason: To comply with Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990, to ensure that this consent does not continue in existence indefinitely if the development to which it relates is not carried out.
2) Notwithstanding the submitted details, the proposed French window shall be constructed of timber, in accordance with details which shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.

Reason: To safeguard the appearance of the development and in recognition of the architectural importance of the existing buildings. The use of UPVC is inappropriate for a building listed as being of special architectural merit.
