Conditions or Reasons:
1) The proposed development would, because of its size and siting appear unduly overbearing and result in an unacceptable loss of light of the adjoining property to the north-west to the detriment of the amenities of the occupiers of that property. The proposal is therefore contrary to Policy 10 of the Bedfordshire Structure Plan 2011 and Policies BE8 and H8 of the South Bedfordshire Local Plan Review.
