Conditions or Reasons:
1) The proposed extension by virtue of its scale and location and proximity to a neighbouring property, would result in the loss of an important gap in the street scene to the detriment of its character and appearance; as such the proposal is contrary to Policy BE1 of the adopted Mid Bedfordshire Local Plan, Policy DPS6 of the Mid Bedfordshire Local Plan First Review (Deposit Draft); Incorporating Proposed Modifications and the Council's adopted Supplementary Planning Guidance on House Extensions.
