Conditions or Reasons:
1) The proposal would result in an undesirable and unacceptable form of development such that it would have an adverse impact on the character and appearance of the area and the streetscene; as such the proposal is contrary to Policy BE1 of the Adopted Mid Bedfordshire Local Plan 1993; Policy DPS5 of the Mid Bedfordshire Local Plan First Review (Deposit Draft) 1997 as proposed to be amended and the Council's Adopted Supplimentary Planning Guidance: House Extensions and Alterations 1997.
