Conditions or Reasons:
1) The proposed extension would not be subservient in scale in relation to the main building and would therefore not appear as a secondary element thus resulting in an undesirable and unacceptable form of development such that it would have an adverse visual impact on the streetscene; as such the proposal is contrary to the Council's Supplementary Planning Guidance: House Extensions and Alterations, Policy BE1 of the Adopted Mid Bedfordshire Local Plan 1993 and DPS6 of the Mid Bedfordshire Local Plan First Review (Deposit Draft) 2003 as proposed to be amended.
