Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - MB/04/00662/LB
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The works hereby consented shall be begun within five years of the date of this permission.

Reason: To comply with Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990, to ensure that this consent does not continue in existence indefinitely if the development to which it relates is not carried out.
2) No part of the historic timber frame shall be cut damaged or altered in any way without the prior consent in writing from the Local Planning Authority.

Reason: To safeguard the historic fabric of this Grade II Listed building.
3) Any external making good that may prove necessary as a result of these works shall be done using materials to match the existing property.

Reason: To safeguard the character and appearance of this Grade II Listed building.
