Conditions or Reasons:
1) The proposed extensions, by nature of their size and design, represents an unacceptable enlargement of the dwelling to the detriment of the character and appearance of the streetscene and the amenities of adjoining occupiers; as such the proposal is contrary to policy DPS6 of the Mid Bedfordshire Local Plan First Review (Deposit Draft) 1997 as proposed to be amended.
