Conditions or Reasons:
1) The proposal by reason of its design would result in harmful and unacceptable form of development such that it would have an adverse impact on the street scene and the character of the surrounding area; as such the proposal is contrary to the Council's Adopted Supplimentary Planning Guidance for House Extensions and Alterations; Policy BE1 of the Mid Bedfordshire Local Plan 1993 and Policy DPS5 of the Mid Bedfordshire Local Plan First Review (Deposit Draft) 1997 as proposed to be amended.
