Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - MB/04/00762/FULL
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The development hereby approved shall be commenced within five years of the date of this permission.

Reason: To comply with Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 which is designed to ensure that a planning permission does not continue in existence indefinitely if the development to which it relates is not carried out.
2) Within one month of the date of this permission the exterior walls of the single storey front extension shall be painted white to match the existing property.

Reason: To safeguard the character and appearance of the area notwithstanding the existing glazing on site.
3) Details and a sample of obscure glass to be used within the south facing windows of the extension hereby approved shall be submitted to and be approved in writing within 2 weeks of the date of this permission.

Reason: To protect the residential amenity of the neighbouring properties.
4) Within one month of the date of this permission the two south facing windows in the first floor extension hereby approved shall be replaced with two obscurely glazed windows, the glass of which shall be in accordance with condition 3 of this permission.

Reason: To protect the amenity of the neighbouring properties.
5) Within two months of the date of this permission the first floor rear extension hereby approved shall be painted white to match the existing property.

Reason: To safeguard the character and appearance of the area.
