Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - SB/05/01316
Conditions or Reasons:
1) Policy 13 of the Bedfordshire Structure Plan 2011 and Policies BE2, BE4 and BE5 of the South Bedfordshire Local Plan Review, seek to protect and enhance the character of the built environment by resisting development proposals which are likely to have an adverse effect on historic buildings, conservation areas, and archaeological sites. This proposal based upon the information currently available involves works of alteration which would be likely to have an adverse effect on the historic fabric and special character of the building and is therefore in conflict with these Policies.
