Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - MB/04/00807/FULL
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The change of use to residential garden land of part of the approved landscaping belt of trees and shrubs would be to the detriment of the visual amenities of the area and conflict with Mid Bedfordshire Local Plan First Review Deposit Draft Policy DPS11 which states that development schemes at edge of settlement locations will be expected to incorporate significant in depth landscaping to soften their impact in the surrounding countryside.
2) The extension of the existing garden would be in conflict with Policy CS27 of the Mid Bedfordshire Local plan First Review Deposit Draft in that it represents a large extension to the existing garden to detriment of the character and appearance of the area.
