Conditions or Reasons:
1) The change of use by reason of the parking of private ambulances in a residential area and the increase in the number of visitors and vehicle movements to the property, results in a detrimental impact on the amenities of the neighbouring properties, by virtue of the level of disturbance created at often unsociable hours. In addition the parking of ambulances and ambulance drivers own vehicles on the public highway close to No. 82 Partridge Piece is detrimental to highway safety. The use is contrary to Policy BE1 of the Mid Bedfordshire Local Plan 1993 and Policies DPS6 and DPS7 of the Mid Bedfordshire Local Plan First Review (Deposit Draft) Incorporating Proposed Modifications 2003.
