Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - MB/04/00969/LB
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The works hereby consented shall be begun within five years of the date of this permission.

Reason: To comply with Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990, to ensure that this consent does not continue in existence indefinitely if the development to which it relates is not carried out.
2) Notwithstanding the approved plans the existing backboard shall be retained and plans showing the elevations and details of its extension to serve the increased pulpit area shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to the commencement of development. The development shall be undertaken in compliance with the approved details.

Reason: To preserve the special character of this listed building
3) Notwithstanding the approved plans elevations and details of the proposed timber screens shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to the commencement of development. The development shall be undertaken in compliance with the approved details.
