Conditions or Reasons:
1) The proposed extension, by nature of its size and location, represents an unacceptable enlargement of the dwelling and has a detrimental effect on amenities of adjoining occupiers; as such the proposal is contrary to policy DPS6 of the Mid Bedfordshire Local Plan First Review (Deposit Draft) 1997 as proposed to be amended.
