Conditions or Reasons:
1) The mobile home associated with the proposed change of use shall not be occupied by any persons other than Mr Cyril K Jones and/or Mrs Doreen M Jones. The mobile home shall be retained on the site until the cessation of the use hereby permitted, upon which, the mobile home shall be completely removed from the site within a period of 28 days.

Reason: The Local Planning Authority considers that the exceptional personal circumstances of the applicants override the planning objections which would normally compel the authority to refuse permission for the development hereby permitted.
