Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - MB/04/01228/LB
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The works hereby consented shall be begun within five years of the date of this permission.

Reason: To comply with Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990, to ensure that this consent does not continue in existence indefinitely if the development to which it relates is not carried out.
2) Details of materials to be used for the external finishes of the development hereby approved shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.

Reason: To safeguard the appearance of the completed development by ensuring that the development hereby permitted is finished externally with materials to match/complement the existing building(s) and the visual amenities of the locality.
3) The conservatory hereby permitted shall be finished in white painted timber.

Reason: To safeguard the character and integrity of this listed house.
4) Notwithstanding the details submitted in support of this application the dentil moulding shown on the submitted plan shall be omitted from the conservatory hereby approved.

Reason: To safeguard the character and appearance of the Grade II listed house.
