Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - MB/04/01331/FULL
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The proposal would result in an undesirable and unacceptable form of development such that it would have an adverse impact on the character of the area and the amenities, outlook and privacy of the occupiers of nearby residential properties; as such the proposal is contrary to Policy DPS5 of the Mid Bedfordshire Local Plan First Review (Deposit Draft) 1997 as proposed to be amended.
2) The proposal, by nature of the excessive site coverage of buildings and hardstandings, would result in an unacceptable overdevelopment of the site with private amenity space to the detriment of the amenities of occupiers of the dwelling; as such the proposal is contrary to Policies DPS6 and DPS11 of the Mid Bedfordshire Local Plan First Review (Deposit Draft) 1997 as proposed to be amended.
