Conditions or Reasons:
1) The proposal is considered to represent a cramped form of development, which is considered to unacceptably impact on the residential nature and appearance of the area. The proposal is therefore contrary to Policy BE1 of the adopted Mid Bedfordshire Local Plan 1993 and Policy DPS5 of the Mid Bedfordshire Local Plan First Review Deposit Draft Incorporating Proposed Modifications 2003.
