Conditions or Reasons:
1) The proposed car port, by nature of its size, location and design, represents an unacceptable addition to the dwelling to the detriment of the character and appearance of the streetscene; as such the proposal is contrary to Policy DPS6 of the Mid Bedfordshire Local Plan First Review (Deposit Draft) 1997 as proposed to be amended.
