Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - MB/04/01507/FULL
Conditions or Reasons:
1) Inadequate visibility splays can be achieved at the junction of the site access with the public highway to the detriment of the safety and convenience of users of the highway; as such the proposal is contrary to Policy DPS5 of the Mid Bedfordshire Local Plan First Review incorporating Proposed Modifications (2003).
2) The proposal incorporates inadequate provision for the manoeuvring of vehicles clear of the highway which would result in vehicles interfering with the free flow of traffic on the adjoining highway to the detriment of the safety and convenience of users of the highway; as such the proposal is contrary to Policy DPS5 of the Mid Bedfordshire Local Plan First Review incorporating Proposed Modifications (2003).
