Conditions or Reasons:
1) The proposed development would, because of its size, bulk and unsympathetic design, be out of character with the existing dwelling and other similar properties in the locality detrimental to the established character of the area. The proposal is therefore contrary to the principles of good design as set out in Policy 10 of the Bedfordshire Structure Plan 2011 and Policies H8 and BE8 of the South Bedfordshire Local Plan Review.
