Conditions or Reasons:
1) The proposed extension by reason of its size, siting and design, would result in an overbearing impact and loss of light to 6 Cambridge Way. As such the proposal would be contrary to Policy BE1 of the adopted Mid Bedfordshire Local Plan, and Policy DPS6 of the Draft Deposit Mid Bedfordshire Local Plan Incorporating Proposed Modifications.
2) The proposed extension by reason of its size, siting and design, would have an adverse impact on the character of the area. As such the proposal would be contrary to Policy BE1 of the adopted Mid Bedfordshire Local Plan, and Policy DPS6 of the Draft Deposit Mid Bedfordshire Local Plan Incorporating Proposed Modifications.
