Conditions or Reasons:
1) The works hereby consented shall be begun within five years of the date of this permission.

Reason: To comply with Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990, to ensure that this consent does not continue in existence indefinitely if the development to which it relates is not carried out.
2) Samples of mortar mix and New York stone to be submitted and approved by the Local Planning Authority prior to commencement of work. The development shall accord with the approved details.

Reason: To safeguard the special architectural and historic interest of this statutorily listed building in accordance with Policy BE6 of the Mid Bedfordshire Local Plan.
3) Details of stone repairs to be submitted and approved by the Local Planning Authority prior to the commencement of work. The development shall accord with the approved details.

4) Methodology of raking out existing mortar and the type of repointing to be agreed with the Local Planning Authority prior to commencement of work.

5) Samples of bricks and lime mortar to be submitted and approved by the Local Planning Authority prior to commencement of work. The development shall accord with the approved details.

Reason: To safeguard the special architectural and historic interest of this statutorily listed building in accordance with Policy BE6 of the Mid Bedfordshire Local Plan.
6) Sample panels of cleaned brick work to be submitted and approved by the Local Planning Authority prior to commencement of work. The development shall accord with the approved details.
