Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - MB/04/01715/FULL
Conditions or Reasons:
1) Notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development Order) 1995, (or any Order revoking or re-enacting that Order with or without modification) no works shall be commenced for the extension or material alteration of the building, or the erection of any building or structure within its curtilage, until detailed plans and elevations have been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.

Reason: To protect the amenities of occupiers of neighbouring properties.
2) All works to the proposed balcony and west elevation gable end wall shown on revised Drawing No. A01 D herby approved shall be completed within 3 months of the date of this permission.

Reason: To eliminate the loss of privacy and overbearing impact caused to No. 5 The Mount, Aspley Guise by the current unauthorised structure.
