Conditions or Reasons:
1) The proposed extension, by nature of its design and positioning in relation to the main building, would result in an unacceptable feature to the detriment of the character and appearance of the street scene; as such the proposal is contrary to Policy BE1 of the Mid Bedfordshire Adopted Local Plan 1993 and Policy DPS6 of the Mid Bedfordshire Local Plan First Review Deposit Draft (Proposed Modifications).
