Conditions or Reasons:
1) The works hereby consented shall be begun within five years of the date of this permission.

Reason: To comply with Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990, to ensure that this consent does not continue in existence indefinitely if the development to which it relates is not carried out.
2) All materials shall be submitted and agreed by the Local Planning Authority prior to commencement of development. All development shall accord with the approved plans.

Reason: In order to preserve and enhance the character and appearance of the Listed Building.
3) All details of external finishing shall be submitted and agreed by the Local Planning Authority prior to commencement of development. All development shall accord with approved details.

Reason: In order to preserve and enhance the character and appearance of the Listed Building.
4) Section drawings of the proposed windows and doors at a scale of 1:5 with details at 1:2 or 1:1, shall be submitted and agreed by the Local Planning Authority prior to commencement of development. All development shall accord with the approved details.

5) All details of the methodology for making good existing openings to be submitted and agreed by the Local Planning Authority prior to commencement of development. All development shall accord with the approved plans.
