Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - MB/04/01776/LB
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The development hereby approved shall be commenced within five years of the date of this permission.

Reason: To comply with Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 which is designed to ensure that a planning permission does not continue in existence indefinitely if the development to which it relates is not carried out.
2) Further to the installation of the window, any damage to the building
shall be made good using materials to match the existing.

Reason: To protect the visual amenities of the building and of the area generally.
3) Details of the materials and colours to be used for the the window frame shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to the commencement of the development hereby permitted. The development shall be conducted in accordance with the approved details.

4) Details of the window's opening mechanism shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to the commencement of development. The development shall be conducted in accordance with the approved details.

5) This permission is to be complied with within one month of the conditions 3 and 4 having been discharged.
