Conditions or Reasons:
1) The development, if permitted, would lead to inadequate pedestrian to vehicle intervisibility and would lead to conditions of danger for pedestrians. The proposal is therefore contrary to Policy 42 of the Bedfordshire Structure Plan 2011 and Policy T1 of the South Bedfordshire Local Plan Review.
