Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - MB/04/01973/FULL
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The development hereby approved shall be commenced within five years of the date of this permission.

Reason: To comply with Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 which is designed to ensure that a planning permission does not continue in existence indefinitely if the development to which it relates is not carried out.
2) Details of the materials to be used for the external walls and roof shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to the commencement of the development hereby permitted.

Reason: To protect the visual amenities of the building and of the area generally.
3) The site shall only be used for the storage and distribution of frozen foods and for no other purpose within class B8 of the Town and Country Planning (Use Classes) Order 1987 without the prior written consent of the Local Planning Authority.

Reason: To ensure that the Council maintain control over the future use of the site.
