Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - MB/04/01975/FULL
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The proposed extension, by nature of its size and height represents an unacceptable enlargement of the dwelling to the detriment of the amenities and outlook of adjoining occupiers; as such the proposal is contrary to policy DPS6 of the Mid Bedfordshire Local Plan First Review Incorporating proposed modifications 2003.
2) The proposed extension would be prejudicial to the construction of the landscaped bund required under planning Condition No. 4 of planning approval 00/01508/FULL and as such would have an adverse impact upon the openness of the countryside, contrary to Policies GBT6 and DPS11 of the Mid Bedfordshire Local Plan First Review Incorporating Proposed Modifications 2003.
