Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - MB/04/01981/OUT
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The proposal would result in an undesirable and unacceptable cramped form of development to the detriment of the character and appearance of the area; as such the proposal is contrary to Policy BE1 of the Adopted Mid Bedfordshire Local Plan 1993 and Policy DPS5 of the Mid Bedfordshire Local Plan First Review (Deposit Draft) Incorporating Proposed Modifications 2003.
2) The proposal would result in an undesirable and unacceptable form of development such that it would have an adverse impact on the amenities, outlook and privacy of the occupiers of nearby residential properties; as such the proposal is contrary to Policy BE1 of the Adopted Mid Bedfordshire Local Plan1993 and Policies DPS5 and DPS6 of the Mid Bedfordshire Local Plan First Review (Deposit Draft) Incorporating Proposed Modifications 2003.
