Conditions or Reasons:
1) The proposed extension, by nature of its size and the extent of previous additions to the original dwelling, represents an unacceptable cumulative addition to this statutory Listed Building. This enlargement and the extension itself would change the scale and character of the property; as such the proposal is contrary to PPG15 Policy CHE1 of the Mid Bedfordshire Local Plan First Review Incorporating Proposed Modifications as proposed to be amended.
