Conditions or Reasons:
1) The proposed access, if permitted, would involve the reversing of vehicles off or onto an 'A' class road, where visibility is severely restricted by a bend and the adjacent building and would, therefore, interfere with the free and safe flow of traffic and cause danger and inconvenience to other highway users. As such, the proposal fails to comply withPolicy BE1 of the adopted Mid Bedfordshire Local Plan and Policy DPS 5 of the Mid Bedfordshire Local Plan First Review Deposit Draft incorporating Proposed Modifications (2003).
