Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - MB/04/02179/ADV
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The development hereby approved shall be commenced within five years of the date of this permission.

Reason: To comply with Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 which is designed to ensure that a planning permission does not continue in existence indefinitely if the development to which it relates is not carried out.
2) The signs hereby approved shall be illuminated only at times when the premises are open to the public.

Reason: To protect the visual amenities of the site and its surrounding area.
3) Details of any external lighting to be installed on the site, including the design of the lighting unit, any supporting structure and the extent of the area to be illuminated, shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to the development commencing. Only the details thereby approved shall be implemented.

Reason: To protect the visual amenities of the site and its surrounding area.
4) The sign(s) shall be displayed in strict accordance with the approved plan(s) and specifications hereby approved.

Reason: In the interests of both amenity and highway safety.
