Conditions or Reasons:
1) The proposed rear extension, by nature of its height and design, represents an unacceptable enlargement of the dwelling to the detriment of the character and appearance of the area and the amenities of adjoining occupiers; as such the proposal is contrary to policy DPS6 of the Mid Bedfordshire Local Plan First Review (Deposit Draft) 1997 as proposed to be amended.
