Conditions or Reasons:
1) The proposed extension, by nature of its size and design, represents an unacceptable enlargement of the dwelling to the detriment of the character and appearance of the streetscene. As such, the proposal is contrary to Policies BE1 of the Mid Bedfordshire Local Plan 1993 and Policy DPS6 of Mid Bedfordshire Local Plan First Review Deposit Draft incorporating Proposed Modifications 2003.
