Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - SB/06/00187
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The development shall begin not later than three years from the date of this permission.
REASON: To comply with Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
2) Notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1995 (or any order revoking and re-enacting that Order, with or without modification), no additional window openings shall be inserted in the development hereby permitted.
REASON: To control the external appearance of the buildings in the interests of the amenities of the area.

3) New external brickwork and roofing materials shall match those of the existing building as closely as possible.
REASON: To ensure that the development is in keeping with the existing building.
(Policies 10, B.S.P.; BE8 & H8 S.B.L.P.R).
4) The windows shown shaded blue on Drawing No. 02127/PL/01D received 21/02/06 shall be permanently glazed with obscured glass.
REASON: To protect the privacy of the occupiers of adjoining properties.
(Policies 10, B.S.P.; BE8 & H8, S.B.L.P.R).
5) This permission relates only to the details shown on Drawing No. 02127/EX/01 received 21/02/06 and Drawing No. 02127/PL/01D received 06/04/06 or to any subsequent appropriately endorsed revised plan.
REASON: To identify the approved plan/s and to avoid doubt.
