Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - MB/05/00177/OUT
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The proposed erection of a dwelling on a site of such restricted size which is closely surrounded by existing development will appear as a cramped form of overdevelopment, out of keeping with and to the detriment of the character and appearance of the street scene. This will be in conflict with Adopted Mid beds Local Plan Policies H4 and BE1 and policies H06 and DPS5 of the Mid Beds Local Plan First Review (Proposed Modifications).
2) The proposed erection of a dwelling on a site which is closely surrounded by existing residential development will result in loss of amenity to neighbours by way of light, outlook and overlooking. This will be in conflict with Adopted Mid Beds Local Plan Policies H4 and BE1 and Policies H06 and DPS5 of the Mid Beds Local PLan First Review (Proposed Modifications)
3) The proposed erection of a dwelling in the rear garden of number 9 Forester's Close will result in an inadequate area of garden being retained for the existing house. This will be in conflict with Adopted Mid beds Local Plan Policy BE1 and Policy DPS5 of the Mid beds Local Plan First Review (Proposed Modifications).
