Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - MB/05/00263/FULL
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The hereby approved single garage shall at no time whatsoever be used as habitable accommodation without the prior written approval of the Local Planning Authority.

Reason : To enable the Local Planning Authority to retain effective control over new development.
2) Notwithstanding any provision of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development Order) 1995 (or any Order revoking or re-enacting that Order with or without modification) no works shall be commenced for the alteration of the external appearance of the front elevation until detailed plans and elevations have been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.

Reason: To protect the amenities of occupiers of neighbouring properties.
