Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - MB/05/00284/FULL
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The application site lies within the Henlow Conservation Area and the proposed would neither preserve nor enhance the character and appearance of this part of the Area; as such the proposal is contrary to PPG15 and Policies BE1 and BE14 of the Mid Bedfordshire Adopted Local Plan and Policies DPS6 and CBE11 of the Mid Bedfordshire Local Plan First Review incorporating Proposed Modifications (2003).
2) The proposed development would detract from the integrity and character of this statutory Listed Building by way of it size and scale and as such the proposal is contrary to PPG15 and Policy BE6 of the Mid Bedfordshire Adopted Local Plan 1993 and Policy CHE1A of the Mid Bedfordshire Local Plan First Review incorporating Proposed Modifications (2003).
