Conditions or Reasons:
1) The proposed development would lead to the loss of a significant area of open amenity land that serves to soften the visual appearance of the area. The loss of this land would be to the detriment of the visual amenity of the locality. The proposal is therefore contrary to Policy 10 of the Bedfordshire Structure Plan 2011 and Policy BE8 of the South Bedfordshire Local Plan Review.
