Conditions or Reasons:
1) The proposed erection of such a large five bay house in this location will by reason of its size, siting, massing and design be out of keeping with the visual amenities of the area and will neither preserve or enhance the character and appearance of the Conservation Area. This would be in conflict with Adopted Mid Beds Local Plan Policy BE14 and Policy CHE11 of the Mid Beds Local Plan First Review Deposit Draft.
